Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days and costs PKR 250. It is free on orders over PKR 10,000.
Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad for PKR 600.
Made-to-order pieces
Bridal and couture pieces marked made-to-order are crafted after you order and take 6–8 weeks. We will share progress photos along the way.
Exchanges
Unworn items with original tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Sale, altered and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
