About Gullbadan
Our story
Gullbadan — “one with a body like a rose” — began in a small Lahore atelier with a single karigar and a love of the dresses our grandmothers kept wrapped in muslin.
Made by hand
Every Gullbadan piece passes through the hands of our karigars, many of whom have practised zardozi, gota and chikankari for decades.
We work in small batches so each lehenga, saree and anarkali is finished with care, not speed.
For every celebration
From a bride’s baraat lehenga to a teenager’s first mehndi sharara, we design for the moments families remember.
Craft first
Traditional techniques, honoured and kept alive.
Fair work
Our artisans are paid fairly and credited proudly.
Made to last
Pieces designed to be worn, altered and handed down.
